The Market for Eastern Idaho has been pretty steady the last two years, and this year is projecting to be just as good!
Median sales prices are continuing to increase, ranging between 2%-15% in each county. While, days on the market are decreasing (some counties decreased by as much as 47.78%!) Making for an ideal sellers’ market, Homes are selling fast, and going for top dollar.
If you’re in the market to buy a home, don’t get discouraged, interest rates are extremely low, and banks are offering great incentives to help get you in the home of your dreams.
Currently our market is pretty flat due to the lack of inventory, the fact that we are seeing more homes being sold by owner, and all of the new construction, which can’t be tracked through the MLS. However, Spring is just around the corner, so we will start seeing an increase in activity.
